Frequently asked questions

About the store and the drinks

Where are you located?
We reside close to Naha Noren Market . It is the area a bit far from International Street and other sightseeing spots, but preserves good old Okinawan scenery.
There is the map at Access section. Hope to see you guys there!
What is Cold Pressed Juice?
Literally meaning “no-heat” “pressing”, cold pressed juices are rich in enzymes, phytochemicals and other nutritions that delight your body.
With vegetal fibers removed, our nourishing juices boost the digestive system, gently and efficiently cleansing the body.
Which juicer do you use?
We juice with Norwalk Juicer and its improved model, Whole Health Foundation Premium Hydraulic Juicer. First a cutter-grinder gear crushes, grinds the produce into tiny pieces which is forwarded into a linen bag, then the bag is put under the press which consists of two heavy-duty stainless steel plates. The press extracts almost all juice using a high downward pressure (cc. 6000 lbs.).

About shipping our juice

Can you not ship your raw juice?
Unfortunately, no. We are not allowed to ship unpasteurized juices. Since pasteurization tremendously spoils the taste and nutrition of our juice, we have chosen to offer you the freshest juice and products created on site for the time being.
